Here’s what the role involves:
- Standing in for the housekeeper when they are absent
- Organising and managing the housekeeping team
- Ensuring cleanliness and quality standards
- Training and professional development of staff
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience in housekeeping, ideally in a similar role
- A warm and friendly manner, team spirit and an eye for detail
- A keen sense of cleanliness, tidiness and quality
- People-oriented, motivational leadership skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
