To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and dedicated part-time accountant (m/f/d). Do you work in a structured and meticulous manner and always keep track of the figures? If so, we look forward to getting to know you.
Here’s what the role involves:
- Processing day-to-day accounts payable and general ledger accounts
- Maintaining master data and monitoring the dunning process
- Posting and reconciling bank statements and cash receipts
- Checking, preparing and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
- Carrying out bank entries and preparing payment runs
- Management and maintenance of fixed assets
- Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with IHK further training as an accountant or financial accountant
- Professional experience in financial accounting
- Proficiency in using DATEV
- A structured, independent and meticulous approach to work
