To the right of our Voigthaus is a green gate that leads to our bathing area. Two further bathing areas are located directly in the Prinzenmoor.

The bathing area directly behind the Spa area is for sauna guests - please do not use this as a passageway to the other bathing areas and the hotel lawn.

The nearest railway station "Bad Malente-Gremsmühle" is 3.1 km away. We are happy to organise a taxi transfer for you. If you have any further questions, please contact the reception staff.

For a special flower greeting or a small gift in between, you are welcome to contact our reception on direct dial 900. We will also be happy to place a vase of flowers in your room. Please order the bouquet at least two days before the desired delivery, otherwise we cannot guarantee timely delivery. We charge a delivery fee of € 5.00.

Your room is available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and until 11.00 am on the day of departure. If you wish to check out later, you can request this at our reception by dialling -900.

The landscape around Holsteinische Schweiz is the perfect destination for long walks, hikes and bike tours, and hiking and cycling maps are available at reception.

Travelling by electric car? Of course, the Hotel Gut Immenhof is equipped with sufficient charging facilities: We have the following stations for hotel and day guests: 10 x 22 KW and 4 x 50 KW. Payment by charging card from your roaming partner, with the E.ON Drive app or direct payment via QR code.

We are happy to provide you with bicycles (€ 12,- per bike/day) or e-bikes (€ 36,- per bike/day) via reception. If you bring your own bikes, they can be safely parked in our bike car park. Accessories, such as helmets, are also available at reception.

You can enjoy our rich breakfast buffet in the Melkhus restaurant daily from 7.30 am to 10.30 am.

We will be happy to store your luggage in a separate room for you if you arrive or depart early. Our trolley attendant Harald Düsterhoff will be happy to help you bring your luggage safely to your room, alternatively there are numerous luggage trolleys available at reception at any time.

A new adventure awaits our little guests aged between 5 and 12 in our Hufeisenclubs. Here we combine play, fun and nature and create a balanced programme for our little guests, which is put together individually by our supervisors.

During the holidays, our Horseshoe Club is open daily from 13:00 to 18:00. Outside of the holidays, the opening hours are arranged individually - please contact the reception team!

A piece of Immenhof to take home. In our farm shops you will find various little things such as homemade jam to give as gifts or beautiful souvenirs.

If you want to get a little nostalgic, you can visit the special exhibition of the Immenhof Museum at our farm. Here you will find original film props, photos, posters and many other wonderful insights into the film world of that time.

In our Jantzens Bar, which is located directly in the beautiful Herrenhaus, you can round off a wonderful day with a good drink and good conversation.

Our bartender team is there for you every day from 17:00.

Our Wi-Fi is available to you free of charge throughout the farm. To access it, simply scan the corresponding QR code with your mobile device or tablet.

If you do run out of wood, please ask at reception for new firewood and kindling.

Enjoy one of our many coffee specialities and a selection of freshly baked cakes and tarts from our patisserie on our Melkhus terrace in the afternoon and unwind with a view of the Kellersees.

Four-legged guests are also very welcome here. Please keep your dog on a lead at all times and take care of any droppings. If your laundry is creased after being unfolded from the suitcase, you can ask our reception for an ironing service.

If your laundry is dirty, our in-house laundry is at your disposal. You have the option of leaving your laundry at reception by 10.00 a.m. so that it can be returned clean by 10.00 a.m. the following day.

The laundry bag provided for this purpose is available in your wardrobe together with the laundry slip.

In our small but cosy wellness area, with a view of the Kellersees, you can leave everyday life behind you in the sauna. Our youngest guests are also welcome to use the sauna, and our "family time" is available on request. Feel free to contact our Spa team! You are welcome to make appointments for treatments. A fitness room with a selection of sports equipment is available for you to work out.

The sauna is open daily from 15:00 to 21:30, the fitness room from 8:00 to 21:30. Treatments are available between 10:00 and 18:00. You can reach the team from the Spa area by dialling -933 directly or at spa@gut-immenhof.de.

Daily newspapers are available at breakfast time in the Melkhus and a selection of magazines is available at reception. While stocks last.

You are welcome to pay your bill in cash, by EC card or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) on departure.

We are happy to carry out an intermediate cleaning of your room. Our cleaning staff are on the road daily until 2.00 pm. If the "Do not disturb" sign is still up by then, your room will not be cleaned on the same day, but on the following day.

Yes, bicycles that you bring with you can be safely parked and locked in a designated area near the reception building.
Please note that there are no covered parking facilities there - nor on the rest of the site.

There is an exception for our holiday apartment guests on the Beutzkamp: a bicycle shed is available to them.

We have endeavoured to make the estate as accessible as possible. However, we have had to make compromises in some areas due to the preservation order.

Our Melkhus and the terrace are easily accessible. The building has a barrier-free toilet and a lift that provides access to the hall.

The Herrenhaus can be accessed via a side entrance through the wine cellar (registration required). A lift and accessible WC are also available here.

We offer a barrier-free Immenhof double room with wide doors, a suitably equipped bathroom and a connecting door to another double room - ideal for family members or an accompanying person.

There are disabled parking spaces directly in front of the reception building, which can be used with the appropriate permit.

The museum and our farm shops are also wheelchair accessible.
Unfortunately, other buildings on the site are not accessible by wheelchair or walking frame.
