Are you planning a culinary excursion in Holstein? Our farm shops and the Melkhus farm kitchen are the perfect destination for relaxed, regional enjoyment between Hamburg and the Baltic Sea.

  • Farm shop: Regional delicacies meet homemade products, e.g. egg liqueur, jams and other delicacies in the Peerstall.
  • Melkhus: Enjoy typical North German dishes such as Holstein sour meat, Holstein potato soup or pink roast beef from Holstein cattle. In summer on our lakeside terrace!

Rodesand gourmet restaurant - Fine dining with a view of the lake

It doesn't always have to be fine dining in Hamburg: At Gut Immenhof in Malente, you can enjoy exclusive culinary experiences in the middle of nature - just a short drive from the Hanseatic city. According to Falstaff, our gourmet restaurant Rodesand is one of the top 10 best restaurants in Holstein with 3 forks and 92 points, and it was also included in the list of the best restaurants of 2026 by Feinschmecker.

Our fine dining kitchen, led by chef Patrick Kühn and head chef Maximilian Cramer, is at home in the historic Herrenhaus, right on the banks of the Kellersees.
