Bar manager Daniel Eeten is known for his excellent cocktails. Seasonal ingredients and special spirits from small distilleries are the basis for his creations - perfect for a relaxing evening at the Herrenhaus, preferably in good company of course!

Sushi at the Jantzens Bar - Japanese craftsmanship

Japan in Malente? Of course! Our sushi chef serves a variety of rolls, sashimi, maki and nigiri with high-quality fish or vegetarian and vegan options. From bluefin tuna to Loch Duart salmon, only the best quality fish is served.

In addition to classic rolls, there are also unusual creations, for example with yuzu or asparagus. They are always served with our homemade soya sauce.
