The concept - Delightful and special

Historic on the outside, stylishly modern on the inside with exciting design elements: The Rodesand was furnished by interior designer Dena Rawle. She was inspired by the colours of the surrounding nature, which can be seen again and again in the rooms. These include, for example, the blue of the lake, forest green and golden accents. In summer, the Herrenhaus terrace is the perfect place for a relaxed dinner.

So the ambience at Rodesand is very special, but our cuisine is even more so. North German bouillabaisse, handmade pasta and grilled turbot - with our seasonal menu, we focus on high-quality, feel-good cuisine. Head chef Patrick Kühn demonstrates his passion: good quality, exciting combinations and lots of flavour.

Our recommendation: try our specialities from the charcoal grill.

Teatime at the Herrenhaus - Very British!

A traditional English teatime in the stylish ambience of our Herrenhaus - if that doesn't sound like a "perfect match"! At Gut Immenhof, you can experience the British tradition with selected teas and homemade delicacies from our Rodesand patisserie. Scones, pastries, small sandwiches and modern influences from Holstein accompany the tea ceremony.
