In October 2021, after nine years of intensive renovation and restoration, we welcomed our first guests to Hotel Gut Immenhof - an unforgettable moment for us. Since then, our estate in the heart of Holsteinische Schweiz has been a place where togetherness takes centre stage.

It determines our daily actions - be it in the hotel, in the restaurants, in the Spa, in the farm shops or at events. At Gut Immenhof, you can arrive, experience and feel completely at ease. A high quality promise is a matter of course for us - in all areas of the hotel.

About us - A very special atmosphere

There is a saying that describes the atmosphere of our hotel and estate in a wonderful way: "The whole is more than the sum of its parts". Because at Gut Immenhof, nature, history, comfort and enjoyment combine to create a unique stay.

This is also thanks to the careful renovation. It was important to us to preserve the historical charm of the listed estate and at the same time to create a place that fits in with modern times and blends harmoniously with the surrounding nature. And we are very happy to have mastered this balancing act. With us, you can enjoy the historical atmosphere of the Immenhof and relax in nature without having to forego modern amenities.
